Vegan Protein Cookie
These are wheat free and 2 1/2 oz.
We mix up oats, dried apricots and dates, oil, vanilla, molasses, brown sugar, p.b, sunbutter, tahini coconut milk and apple cider vinegar. We rest it, and then add vegan protein powder (right now we are using vanilla natural factors) chia eggs, psyllium and baking soda. Cookies are rolled in toasted pumpkin seeds before baking.

Sour cream pound cake with buttermilk, fresh lemon, toasted poppy seeds. Soaked after baking in lemon syrup. Topped with fresh lemon poppy drizzle.
Bittersweet Banana Walnut
Sour Cream, Organic Fair Trade bananas, toasted walnuts and chunks of dark camino chocolate. Topped with fresh caramel, more walnuts and fudge drizzle.
Org. carrots, org. fresh ginger and org. carrot juice, along with toasted walnuts, crushed pineapple, green raisins, currants, and candied ginger. Topped with a buttery Cream Cheese Frosting.
Vegan Espresso Fudge
A decadent cake with coconut milk, fresh brewed dark roast and ground espresso. Embellished with a bittersweet cocoa frosting.
Sour cream/buttermilk cake, spiced walnut ribbon, and a glaze of rum, vanilla, lemon, cream and icing sugar.

Caramel Milk Bar
Sour Cream/Buttermilk cheesecake, with fresh caramel, in-house condensed milk, and fresh made toffee. Baked up on our cookie crust.
Buttered Almond Bar
Butter tart fill mixed with Toasted Almonds, on a shortbread crust.
Lemon Grapefruit Bar
Fresh lemon and grapefruit juice, occasionally with orange and lime depending on what’s in the kitchen, mixed with cane sugar, eggs and whipping cream. Topped with toasted pink pepper and baked on a shortbread crust. Tart, creamy, proper.
P.B Fudge Bar
Cocoa shortbread top and bottom, with a coffee spiked fudge centre and a thick ribbon of smooth peanut butter.
Our take on a Hello Dolly, with toasted walnuts, chunks of white and milk Camino chocolate, dark callebaut chips, toasted coconut and our in-house condensed milk. Baked on our cookie crust.

We mix our muffin batters the night before with sourdough starter, give them a refrigerated rest, and bake them the next day. 5 1/2 oz after baking. One flavour per dozen.

Available Friday and Saturday Mornings
Our version of a Morning Bun, is actually a sweet Kolache dough, With yeast, sourdough starter, butter, eggs, zest and a bit of cane sugar. We roast rhubarb and berries for the centre, and proof it over-night.
After baking they are basted in melted butter and tossed in cane sugar.
4 oz+ after baking.
Sour Dough Cinnamon Buns
Minimum order 1 dozen, available every Saturday Morning
Orders need to be placed by Midnight Tuesday.
We take a straight up whole wheat sourdough, give it a 2 day ferment, and roll it with brown sugar, butter and roasted apples.
Once baked, they are crowned with rum spiked icing of cream, lemon, vanilla and icing sugar.
