  • Eggs - non cert. Organic from our boys at Cedarvale farms, Guelph.

  • Dairy - Harmony Organic Whole Milk, Buttermilk, 10% and Whipping Cream. Hewitts Dairy whole yoghurt and Sour Cream.

  • Chocolate - Cocoa Camino Fair Trade Organic Dark, Milk and White Chocolate, Callebaut Dark Chips

  • Cocoa - Bensdorp

  • Seeds and Nuts - Conventional

  • Seed and Nut Butter - All organic from Nuts to You, Paris Ont.

  • Poultry and Pork - non cert. organic from our boys at Cedarvale Farms, Guelph.

  • Our fresh produce, which includes citrus, herbs, vegetables and fruit, are a combination of organic, non-cert organic and conventional.

  • Frozen fruit purchased in off season comes from MacMillans in Acton. They do a great job supplying us with strictly North American fruit, and we try our best to ensure it has been picked and processed in the same location, before being shipped our way.
